What are Pela cases made of?

Our cases are made from Flaxstic®, which is a combination of flax straw waste, plant-based biopolymers, and recycled materials. They are 100% compostable and free of lead, cadmium, phthalates, and BPA.

How do I compost my Pela case?

You can toss your case in your backyard compost bin or a municipal green bin. Depending on the environment, it will break down in 6 months to 2 years, leaving behind no toxic residue.

Will a Pela case actually protect my phone from drops?

Yes! Our cases are designed to be flexible and shock-absorbent, providing protection against drops, scratches, and everyday wear and tear similar to traditional plastic cases.

What is your shipping policy?

We offer carbon-neutral shipping worldwide. Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days, and delivery times vary by location, usually arriving within 5-10 business days.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We offer a 30-day happiness guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or ordered the wrong size, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.
